Today, 7 December at 14-00 at «Expocenter» (Moscow) was led an official opening of the main international forum in Russia in the field of public health – «Russian week of public health-2009».
«Russian week of public health-2009» has gathered at «Expocenter» at space of 45 000 square meters more than 1000 participants from 40 countries, including national exhibitors from Hungary, Germany, China, Malaysia, France, Finland, Czechia.

24.04.09 Representatives of Korean company are at Sechenov Medical academy
The representatives of Korean company together with the specialists from our factory have visited HBO department of Sechenov Medical academy.
HBO method is successfully applied for treating many diseases at this department. The department has got 2 hyperbaric rooms equipped with monoplace hyperbaric chambers procuced at our factory. The main interest was shown in a new product – Chamber for active hyperemia.

24.12.08 About the participation in the 4th International Baltic congress on anesthesiology, resuscitatiology, intensive and urgent therapy.
In Riga 11 December, 2008 started an annual congress which gathered anaesthetists and experts in resuscitation from Baltic countries, Norway, Sweden, France, Italy, Russia.
An aggregate membership exceeded 1200 people. Different reports were red at 8 halls. The congress finished 13 December. The one of the sections inlast day was HBO section. Reports were presented by: D. Mattew (France), F. Lind (Sweden), E. Kolchina (Russia), O. Mazkin (Lithuania), P. Oss (Latvia), I. Lizagor (Latvia).

In November 2008 ME & CG plant took part in the 40-th international medical exhibition «MEDICA 2008».
In November 2008 ME&CGD took part in the 40th international medical exhibition «Medica-2008» that placed on the territory of an exhibition complex Messe Dusseldorf in Dusseldorf, Germany. An enormous area (17 pavilions) of the exhibition allows to present different equipment and researches from all over the world. Our enterprise has presented a hyperbaric chamber BLKS-303 MK there. This chamber has got european certificates relative to medical equipment and pressure equipment. The construction of the chamber attracted attention of specialists and ordinary visitors.

Will take place the 40th forum «Medica 2008». This is the largest specialized exhibition and congress on medicine.

14.01.08 First Vice-Premier of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev visited the City of Murmansk
During his trip Mr. Medvedev visited the main healthcare organization of Northern Naval Fleet – Large Clinical Hospital in the City of Severomorsk, where Department of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBOT) operates. First Vice-Premier was introduced to medical equipment of the hospital including hyperbaric chambers manufactured by Medical Equipment and Consumer Goods Division.
First Vice-Premier of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has visited Murmansk. He came there to find out how a national project “Health” is working in Polar Region…
In the hospital in which every year 9000 military personnel and their relatives are treated First Vice-Premier was demonstrated a new equipment – in hyperbaric chambers submarine sailors undergo medical treatment. The hospital personnel is eagerly expecting including of military medical organizations in the national project “Health” and such work is under way.

Nobody will also stop national projects, First Vice-Premier made it clear to understand. The projects work and push manufacturing more frequently. The first example Mr. Medvedev and Chief Commander of Naval Forces Vladimir Visotsky found in a military hospital in the neighboring Severomorsk. Alone with “Health” project special hyperbaric chambers in which submarine personnel undergo medical treatment were installed. So there is something a bit forgotten on them: “Made in Russia” label. Quality is no worse than the European one, but the price is substantially lower.

First Vice-Premier has visited hyperbaric oxygenation department where hyperbaric chambers are installed, where medical assistance is provided to patients with chronic diseases, pathologies, at poisoning by carbon monoxide, ulcers, and traumas of head and stroke.
“This is also our (domestic) equipment, who is the manufacturer?"- asked Vice-Premier. Mr. Khankevich, (Head of a Medical Service of Northern Naval Fleet) informed that this products are made by Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center, where “Proton” heavy class space launchers are developed and manufactured.

May 22-24 Regular certification audit has been passed
From 22.05 to 24.05.07 certification audit of four hyperbaric chambers BLKS-303MK was conducted at the plant to confirm compliance of the units to European Directive PED 97/23, B+F Module to secure a permission to supply the units to EC countries.
The certification audit was conducted by an authorized inspector of Hartford Steam Boiler International GmbH agency.
Hyperbaric chambers BLKS series are widely known not just in Russia and CIS states. They successfully operate in medical clinics in more than 25 countries worldwide (Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Panama, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, South Korea, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Israel etc.) Out equipment has been granted Russian as well as international certificates. At the plant Quality Management System is functioning (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003.

ME&CGDivision took part in the International Medical Exhibition “MilanoCheckUp”, which took place June 6-9, 2007 in Milan (Italy) in the territory of a new exhibition complex Fiera Milano.
Large interest was expressed toward not just presented and already known abroad monoplace hyperbaric chamber BLKS-303MK (it was presented in the booth) but also to other medical equipment. Many questions were raised on treatment methods and application fields of the HBOT therapy method itself.

23-26 August, 2006 took place 32-nd annual scientific congress EUBS (Bergen, Norway).

FIRST HBOT DEPARTMENT IN SERBIAN REPUBLIC, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, WILL USE BLKS–303 MODEL HYPERBARIC CHAMBERS
Two BLKS-303 MK units have been already installed and commissioned in the Dr. M.Zotovic’s Center under the contract from the Khrunichev’s Medical Equipment Division and Bi Sano d.o.o. medical equipment trading company (City of Banja Luka).
The first HBOT department in Serbian Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, established at Miroslav Zotovic’s Institution for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (City of Banja Luka) will use BLKS-303 MK monoplace hyperbaric chambers designed and manufactured by a Medical Equipment Division of a Moscow –based Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center.
Two BLKS-303 MK units have been already installed and commissioned in the Dr. M.Zotovic’s Center under the contract from the Khrunichev’s Medical Equipment Division and Bi Sano d.o.o. medical equipment trading company (City of Banja Luka).
Official opening ceremony of the first in Serbian Republic, Bosnia and Hercegovina HBOT-department will take place in early June 2005.
Dr. Miroslav Zotovic’s Institution for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Banja Luka has more than a half-a-century history. Today it is a leading state institution for patient care and rehabilitation in the former Yugoslavia.
CONFERENCE IN BANJA LUKA, SERBIAN REPUBLIC, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
The conference “Clinical Application of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Russian and International Experience” was held in City of Banja Luka, Serbian Republic, in May 2005.
The convention was organized with active participation of the I.M.Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy (MMA), Republic of Serbia Physician Association, Bi Sano d.o.o., Dr. Miroslav Zotovic’s Institution for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Medical Equipment Division of Khrunichev Space Center.
About 400 physicians and medical specialists of various fields, press and TV representatives participated in the event.
Dr. Alexander Lazarevic, Chairman of Serbian Physician Association, and Dr. Goran Talic, Director of Dr.M.Zotovic Institution welcomed the participants of the Conference.
Larissa Polyakova, M.D., I.M.Sechenov’s MMA Interclinical HBOT Department, Scientific Secretary of HBOT Commission of Russian Academy of Science, Executive Committee Member of the Russian Hyperbaric Physicians and Technicians Association, delivered a report on “Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: Clinical Experience”.
Slobodan Buric, M.D., underwater medicine expert, Manager of HBOT Department at Dr. Miroslav Zotovic’s Institution (City of Banja Luka), reported on the history and the prospects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the Balkans Region.
The Conference has made a significant input to increasing of awareness of the local medical community on HBOT development in the world and especially about Russian clinical experience of HBOT in the treatment of patients with various indications in Khrunichev-made BLKS 303MK /307 monoplace hyperbaric oxygen chambers.
SEMINAR IN MANAMA (KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN)
First seminar “Russian Experience of Clinical Use of HBOT” was held in May 2005 in Central Military Hospital of Kingdom of Bahrain.
The event was organized by initiative and active participation of Summerhill Trading Co B.S.C. (c), (Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain) and Khrunichev Medical Equipment Division.
The main goal of the seminar was to introduce local medical specialists and business community to the medical and technical aspects of HBOT development.
Leading military and civilian specialists of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Russian Federation Embassy representatives have participated in the Seminar.
Georgy Melnikov, M.D., a member of HBOT Expert Council of Russian Ministry of Health Care, a medical head of HBOT Division of Moscow Clinical Hospital №36 made a report which was met by the audience with genuine interest.
Dr. G.Melnikov has many years experience in clinical use of HBO for treatment patients with various pathologies in different models of hyperbaric chambers including Khrunichev- made BLKS units.
At organizers’ opinion, the Seminar had a great success and caused positive comments of the interested medical community members.

The First Congress of Physiologist of Serbia and Montenegro with international participation “Molecular, Cellular, and Integrative Basis of Health, Sickness and Treatment” will be held in November 2005 at Naval Forces Academy of Belgrade.

Topics scheduled for the discussion are “Hypoxia”, “Underwater and Hyperbaric Physiology” “Clinical Research: a Reason for Physiological Discussion” and many others.

Dr. M. Zivkovic is one of the Organizing Committee members.
Two hyperbaric chambers BLKS-303 MK have been working for 10 years in the Dr. Zivkovic’s HBOT Medical Center (Belgrade). Dr. Zivkovic is an experienced physiologist and expert in underwater and hyperbaric medicine, author of numerous books in the fields.
